衣索比亞(古吉、 西達摩)  哥倫比亞 

哥倫比亞與西達摩烘焙比較深,藉以產生核果與巧克力的濃厚風味,但水洗古吉烘焙稍淺一點,把風味層次拉開,也帶有水洗的花香與果酸

 

烘焙度: 中深焙

 

沖煮建議:  espresso單飲、拿鐵、卡布奇諾、美式

 

風味:

適合義式沖煮,做espresso單飲,風味層次比較開,濃郁野薑花香氣撲鼻,前段果酸、後段的適當苦味,很快的轉成焦糖甜味,充斥在口腔。

做成加奶的咖啡,引出榛果、核桃風味與香氣,更能與牛奶甜味相輔相成,不加糖就好甜,是非常獨特的espresso配方,就算拿來用手沖或其他沖煮方式都好喝。
